We can collaborate with you as well as your child's existing therapists to create a cohesive, family-centered plan, then deliver it consistently through trained therapy assistants.
At Thriving Kids Therapy, we provide structured, personalised therapy plans delivered by trained assistants. This step-by-step process gives families clarity, consistency, and confidence throughout the initial 3-month set up and ongoing support journey.
A detailed parent interview, input from existing therapists where relevant, and school observation — giving us a full picture and a personalised plan with clear, achievable goals.
Choose from our trained assistants matched to your child's needs, or select your own with our support. We recommend engaging two, for continuity.
Assistants are trained with and without your child. Flexible scheduling, weekly Zoom support, and regular face-to-face reviews keep the plan responsive.
Yael Goldring is the founder of Thriving Kids Therapy — a program born from both professional insight and deeply personal experience. With a background in design engineering and a natural gift for structure and systems, Yael always believed that clarity and consistency can change lives. But it wasn't until life took her in an entirely new direction that this belief became her mission.
When her youngest daughter, Maya, was born with a rare genetic condition, Yael left her career behind to focus entirely on supporting her development. The early years were filled with uncertainty.
While traveling in Vietnam, Yael met children with additional needs and saw how limited the available support was — especially for international families. That moment sparked a calling: to bring a new kind of therapy service to families who needed it most.
Today, Thriving Kids Therapy creates personalised, real-life support plans for children with additional needs. Yael collaborates with therapists and schools, trains therapy assistants, and empowers families to feel confident, capable, and never alone on their journey.
Her mission is simple: to help children thrive — not only in therapy sessions, but in the moments that make up their everyday lives — and to ensure each child has the chance to reach their full potential.
Our occupational therapy helps children build the fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills they need for school and home life. Sessions are typically play-based, meeting each child at their own developmental stage.
Mai is a compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist with a degree in Neuroscience and a Master of Occupational Therapy. Sessions are play-based and neuroaffirming, centred on each child's strengths and interests. Therapy settings include home, kinder, or school. Mai is fluent in English, Hebrew, and Spanish.
Our speech pathology supports communication, language development, and early literacy — helping each child find their voice, in whatever form that takes, at home and in the classroom.
Robyn is a South African trained Speech Pathologist and Audiologist, with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree (Speech, Language & Hearing) from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She has over 25 years of experience working with children who present with speech, hearing, language, and literacy difficulties, and has worked in Catholic, government, and independent schools, with accreditations across many literacy programs and associations.
Our child psychology support focuses on emotional regulation, behaviour, and building coping strategies — helping children navigate big feelings, and helping families understand and respond to them.
An integrated approach addressing all areas of development to recognise each child's individual strengths and challenges.
Strong partnerships with schools and community resources to provide consistent, unified support that maximises your child's success.
